Eficode creates the future of software development, specializing in DevOps, Cloud, Agile, and software design. We seek a leader to own and develop our revenue-related global tools and processes outside marketing. Are you a senior leader who can combine business acumen with sales operations and sales management?

This is a new role at Eficode and an opportunity to impact our business performance and customer satisfaction significantly. As an experienced revenue operations professional, you will first establish group-wide sales operations and one view of our customers and revenue generation across marketing, sales, and customer success. You then drive evolution to RevOps to improve predictability, efficiency, and revenue growth.

This is a full-time position in Helsinki, Tampere, Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, or Southampton.

**As the Head of RevOps, you will**
- Develop and own global tools for customer relationship management
- Drive adoption of common sales methodology and processes
- Establish one view of our revenue lifecycle
- Collaborate with Marketing to integrate with its technologies and processes
- Collaborate with Finance to align strategies and manage sales plan
- Evaluate and optimize marketing and sales KPIs for actionable insights and continuous improvement
- Provide dashboards and analysis for sales and marketing performance
- Continuously improve revenue-related practices with subsidiaries, business areas, and the management team

**We are looking for someone with**
- Experience in driving international sales operations and sales development
- Experience in creating a data-driven business environment
- Proven track record in achieving customer retention and expansion sales goals
- Minimum five years of experience in a SalesOps or RevOps role
- Leadership experience in solid or matrix organization
- Effective communication with C-level, senior leaders, sales, and marketing professionals to influence decision-making and business results
- High accountability and ownership of the RevOps function, with the willingness to take initiative and drive results

- Ability to work under pressure and with known deadlines, with several high-exposure projects
- Experience from, or interest in, the IT industry is considered a great advantage
- Fluency in Nordic languages or German is a big plus but not needed
- Master’s degree in finance, business, sales, or a relevant field
