Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development within our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
