**PARCELS OPERATION TEAM LEADER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide those assigned to your leadership with motivation and assistance
- Ensure inductions are carried out for all new staff including agencies
- Provide on the job training to all staff to ensure they can undertake their duties effectively, efficiently and safely and provide direction where necessary
- Ensure that all Return-to-work interviews (RTW) are completed at the start of each shift and before employees return to their designated duties
- Manage absence and lateness by adhering to Company policies and procedures
- Monitor at all times the work of your team to ensure the quality of service
- Be fully conversant and comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and ensure that all core team members and those assigned to you are fully conversant with all Company policies and procedures
- Manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improved productivity
- Ensure quality standards and productivity targets are achieved
- Ensure the working environment is safe and tidy at all times
- Undertake any other tasks within the appropriate levels of responsibility or as directed by a member of the senior management team

**PARCELS OPERATION TEAM LEADER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improved productivity
