Campanile is one one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterised by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests. There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. Most of the Campanile hotels also have a restaurant, bar and one or more meeting rooms.
Being A Night Receptionist at Campanile hotel Runcorn
Working at Campanile hotels means working in a small but happy and tight-knit team. We work together to ensure our guests feel at home and most importantly, enjoy their stay with us. You’ll be a natural team player and be able to see the bigger picture in an environment where there is always something happening. As a Night Receptionist you will oversee the security of the hotel throughout the night, so a person of responsible character is necessary. You will be able to work independently and manage your workload in a timely manner. You will have excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly manner.
As a Night Receptionist you will be involved in duties such as:
- Implement & respect chain's SOP
- Invoice contracted company
- Invoice individual guest
- Manage cash handling
- Control Cash
- Run End of day reports
- Participate in the restaurant end of service / Start of service duties (cleaning, buffet)
- Participate in the opening and closing of the department and hotel
- Complete nightly security walks/checks per floor
- Ensure guest safety
Knowledge and Skills required:
**Training **▪ Knowledge in hospitality
▪ Prior experience (1 year) in a branded environment in the customer facing
**Experience **environment
▪ Confident with Microsoft office
**Expertise**
▪ Knowing of PMS (e.g.: opera)
