**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review tender documents such as drawings, specifications and drawing to accurately assess the scope of electrical works..
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates for projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Collaborate with the wider team in house and to make site visits where required to obtain accurate pricing and quotations.
- Analyse and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with the project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to develop budgets and schedules.
- Keep up to date with industry terms, regulations and material costs to ensure accurate pricing and competitive negotiations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and relevant regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to price tenders for electrical work of varying value and complexities.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical & mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant technical qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are not necessary but desirable.
