Truck Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Truck Sales Consultant** to support the growth of the business across the North West

The primary function of the job is to build relationships with small & medium sized prospects & customers in the local area through profitably selling DAF products and their associated services that match the customer needs
- Generate new sales opportunities to create a pipeline of sales
- Manage the pipeline of sales to ensure products are delivered in accordance with legal, contractual, manufacturer and customer specifications and requirements in expected time
- Utilise technology and systems to be efficient, share information and enable slick communication
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services and share appropriately with colleagues and customers
- Promote the Company, products and services through marketing & sales events

- Excellent relationship building
- Professional, courteous and engaging manner
- Business to business track record of capital equipment & service sales, ideally in Automotive industry
- High energy individual with good communication
- Goal orientated approach
- Motivated to use sales systems and processes

- IT literate and familiar with Microsoft software
- Ideally, HGV Class I licence
- Ideally, technical knowledge of trucks

**Package**

**Location**: Working from Huyton but can base at Northwich, Warrington or Wigan if/when needed

**Salary**: OTE £60,000
Plus - Commission Scheme, Company Car, Laptop, iPhone, 22 Holidays per annum plus bank holidays, Company pension

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
