Accompanied Viewer

Job Overview:
Jon Mellor & Company Estate Agents have a vacancy for a viewing agent/viewing representative to cover Buxton and the surrounding towns and villages. Part time afternoon/early evening hours to include Saturdays. The role involves meeting prospective buyers and tenants at empty and occupied properties and ensuring that the property is secure prior to leaving. The successful applicant must have a full clean driving licence and their own transport.

**Duties**:

- Accompany clients during property viewings and provide information about the property
- Be professional and friendly when interacting with clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other team members
- Keep accurate records of property viewings

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Own transport and full clean driving licence

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
