Supporting the HR Advisor, key duties and responsibilities include;
- Setting new starters and processing leavers on the HR system
- Processing reference requests
- Monitoring the HR inbox
- Completing specific HR projects as required
- Administering ID cards for new starters
- Preparing offers and contracts
- Requesting pre-employment checks
- Assisting with recruitment needs; drafting adverts, arranging interviews and updating job boards

Experience in a HR Administrator role or similar is ideally required for this role. This role will require you to have a provide great attention to detail, ensuring all information submitted on the systems are correct.
