**On average you will complete 3 days work per week**

This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our team.

**In this role you will**
- **Receive and identify** all vehicles delivered on transporters, check for damage on delivery, and store all keys and book packs appropriately in the designated area.
- **Identify **damage to vehicles and missing items and follow the damage and discrepancy procedure, filling out the forms to claim back through Gefco and our warranty system with our warranty administrator
- **Work** with the used car sales manager in the maintenance and prices of the used cars stored on the pitch.
- **Offer** flexibility to ensure all roles within the Sales, Fleet, Service, Rental Departments such as fueling vehicles for delivery, P.D.I., daily tax runs to Post Office and DVLA.
- **Collect and deliver** customers vehicles punctually and carefully ensuring a full inspection is carried out on the vehicle before and after delivery.
- **Always** ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, by ensuring the timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles
- **Maximise** additional service, sales, parts, rental opportunities by actively promoting all departments.
- **Effectively** work within the dealership team to always ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

Don’t worry if you haven’t worked with our brands before, we will give you full product training. Even if you’ve not got automotive experience, provided you’ve got, great communication skills, and display a positive attitude we’d love to hear from you. We can soon fill any gaps with our training.

A full valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
