**Your challenges**

Joining VELUX you will be a part of a dedicated team focused on selling our solutions remotely through our ecosystem of partners. You will be working in close conjunction with the Field Sales team contacting the installer and merchant customer base with the goal of indirectly influencing homeowners to effectively utilise VELUX solutions in their home.

While this can happen in multiple ways, your core challenge will be focused on communicating to partners how our solutions create desirable and healthy living environments, while also being attractive for our partners to sell and promote.

In addition, your primary tasks will be to:

- Full accountability for forging professional and trusting relationships with specific customer groups to provide the best possible impression of VELUX, our products and customer offering.
- Understand & demonstrate link between own activities to the overall Sales & Marketing strategic priorities
- Ownership and understanding of the importance of calls made - the customer groups being targeted may not usually see an external VELUX sales representative and may base their satisfaction on being convinced that VELUX offer a focused and valuable solution to them remotely
- Proactively support customers within various sectors to develop and increase their business with VELUX
- Effectively manage and develop a portfolio of partners through remote interactions
- Collaborate with wider sales team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
- Contribute to meet or exceed the Outbound Sales teams volume targets
- Contribute to construction of sales plays and scripts in order to maximise the opportunity of each call

**Your qualifications**

You are a results-oriented person with good commercial acumen and flair for inspiring people through the phone. You thrive in a lively environment and understand that the role requires being a phenomenal teammate who is able to work cross-functionally and have a passion for interaction with people to deliver positive experience for our partners and customers. Whilst we aim to be inclusive and foster diversity within our workforce, the following trades are considered as an advantage:

- Experience from a role as an SDR (Sales Development Representative) or in a call center
- Skilled CRM user - full compliance with CRM standards and requirements.
- Systems minded with the ability to easily navigate multiple software programs and learn to navigate new systems quickly
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Ability to quickly understand partner
- and customer needs, and matching them with suitable value propositions and solutions
- You understand that our products acts as facilitator for creating life changing living environments
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Have an eye for details and structure, be self-motivated and driven to complete tasks
- Ability and willingness to carry out some domestic overnight travel (likely once a month)
