Milling Barn wedding venue is part of The Venue Group and is based on a beautiful old farm in rural Hertfordshire, which has undergone significant development over the last couple of years to make it a truly magnificent venue.

They will be self-motivated, detail and process orientated, with a warm personality and the ability to think on their feet and provide clear and detailed instructions to be relayed to everyone involved.

Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for guiding couples throughout their wedding planning process including being there on the day until the first dance, then meeting back up with them the following morning.

2. Showcasing all that the venue has to offer.

3. Proving first class administration in line with Company policy.

4. Providing prompt and detailed updates to the couples and to all aspects of the business.

5. Having a detailed knowledge of Company policies in all areas, including dos and don’ts, allergens, pricing, insurance documentation, staff conduct, service expectations, and ensure that everything is then implemented.

Key attributes:
1. Passionate, personable, trustworthy and unflappable.

2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

3. Excellent administration skills.

4. IT literate in word and excel.

5. Social Media literate.

6. A minimum of 2 years Wedding Planning experience.

7. A minimum of 4 years wedding or hospitality experience.

8. Car and driving licence are essential.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buntingford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Event Management: 2 years (required)

Work Location: One location
