A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist to join our team at Lind Triumph North London, Watford.

Standard customer service is not enough here at Triumph and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards of the Triumph brand at all times.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Creating a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their motorcycle
- Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours
- Pre picking of parts
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
- Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Service, Parts & Accessories
- Previous experience within the motorcycle /automotive trade
- A First Class can do Attitude
- Be a Team Player
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Great Computer Skills
- Ability to utilise multiple systems
- A Methodical Approach
- Be Approachable and Honest
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Good mechanical knowledge of Triumph motorcycles
- Experience with using automotive systems
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
