This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work for the British Museum in London as a Membership Recruiter.

**The Role**:
As a Membership Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to sell Membership within the Museum and increase the revenue, as well as providing excellent face-to-face customer service to Members and visitors in the front of house environment.

You’ll be working as part of a team of Membership Recruiters to sell Membership to visitors, renewals and upselling of additional cards and guest facilities to existing Members, working at the reception area of the Members’ Room during the Museum’s opening hours. You will deliver consistent levels of excellent customer care to all Members (existing or new recruits).

**How you’ll dazzle us**:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience of sales in heritage, tourism or retail, and have excellent face-to-face customer service skills. You should have strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting information, be a flexible team player and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with visitors, team members and managers.
