To keep up with the day to day running of their award winning dealership my client is looking for a Reception Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Role Overview**:
As a Reception Administrator you will be a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual. As the first point of contact for the dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for customers and visitors. Your excellent communication skills and organisational abilities will be essential in managing incoming calls, greeting customers, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Reception**: Greet all customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of the dealership.
**Telephone Operations**: Efficiently handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and provide accurate information to callers in a courteous manner.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointments for sales, service, and other departments, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimise wait times and maximize customer satisfaction.
**Customer Assistance**: Assist customers with general inquiries, provide information about available services offered at the dealership.
**Front Desk Management**: Maintain a neat and organised front desk area, ensuring that marketing materials, brochures, and other relevant information are readily available for customers.
**Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
