Factory Supervisor

Hours

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

Salary £27,000 Excellent benefits package

Location commutable from: Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, Luton, Dunstable

**Profile**:
The successful Factory Supervisor will have a "can do" attitude and have the ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as being responsible for leadership and development of the team. You will be required to implement a training plan you have designedto meet the needs of the business. You must be able to encourage a Health & safety culture and have a good Housekeeping mentality.

The Role

With the senior Production Management team, you will be responsible for all customer related queries and stock and delivery requirements of the factory and schedule work load accordingly.

Regular monitoring of Production plan and maintain scrap records. You will also be constantly involved in improvement projects and measured against agreed targets.The factory needs to operate in line with SOP’s and ensure quality is of the highest.

Person Specification

Have to have proven track record in successfully managing people and show evidence of decision making and success in high pressured and fast paced environments

Engineering/Production/Manufacturing backgrounds desired
