- Working independently and alongside the business owners, maximising the business’s income and profitability.
- Generating new and repeat business opportunities by developing and maintaining client relationships, and on-the-ground marketing.
- Preparing and delivering appraisal presentations for both sales and lettings.
- Compiling a comprehensive listing for every property in your portfolio, from description, professional photography, floorplans
- Qualifying potential buyers.
- Taking a positive and motivational approach, and maintaining a culture of highly professional behaviour and excellent customer care.
- Managing your client’s entire sale process from valuation and viewings, to price negotiation, to completion and key handover.
- Managing your own schedule. Unlike other high street agents, we don’t split the job between people: instead, one person manages a client’s journey from start to finish, ensuring we deliver amazing levels of customer service. *Essential requirements:*
