An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small, successful Independent Financial Adviser practice at our office in Harpenden. We provide independent financial planning and discretionary management services for their clients.

**The Role**

**The Package**
- Competitive salary.
- 4 times salary death in service.
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- 25 days holiday, pro-rata.
- Full time or part time.

**Required work experience/skills**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop good working relationships with a variety of people.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of duties, as the need arises.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with working under pressure.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
- Experience in financial services industry preferable.
