**The Role**
Ensure that Care Dorset is positioned as a leading brand within its chosen market and is profiled as the employer and provider of choice.
Raise the profile of Care Dorset and in doing so, demonstrably increase job enquiries, care enquiries, share of voice.
Ensure that the (job or service) journey from enquiry to first day and beyond sets new standards in the sector through uncompromising levels of excellence and experience whilst reflecting our values and ethos.
Plan, deliver and evaluate the marketing and communications strategy for Care Dorset
**Key accountabilities and responsibilities**
To build and embed messaging and branding for consistent use across Care Dorset that embodies the central brand whilst reflecting the breadth of service provision and each service’s own “personality”.
To develop and enhance a resource of messaging and collateral which effectively promotes all services, both printed and web based.
Providing proactive specialist marketing support (e.g., tailored messaging) which reflects our target market and the various stakeholder groups.
Introduce and employ a full range of on-line marketing techniques, including e-marketing, direct marketing campaigns and social media to continuously grow our website’s functionality, our reach.
To own and drive internal communications and internal campaigns that deliver effective, informative, and positive employee engagement.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems to monitor, measure and report on issues, opportunities and development plans within agreed formats and timescales.
Handling all media relations activity on behalf of Care Dorset, both proactive and reactive.
Maintain an awareness of our Strategy, helping to translate this into a long-term marketing plan.
Be the main point of contact with suppliers (such as but not limited to, branding partners, social media partners, and other associated suppliers).
**Skills**:
Ability to manage & prioritise workload & work to deadlines - well-developed planning and organisational skills
Degree or equivalent qualification / relevant qualification - marketing and engagement
Effective communicator and the ability to develop, maintain and enhance a strong and effective working relationships
IT Literate in all MS packages - strong IT skills coupled with effective copywriting, editing and proofing skills.
Experience of end‐to‐end marketing campaigns on-Line marketing, social media, and built on sound market analysis and research
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use own initiative with sound judgement and decision-Making ability
