**Refurbishment Specialist - MARCH, CAMBS**

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for people who live within commuting distance of March, have a full UK driving licence and have 2 years+ building refurbishment experience.

**Advantageous experience**:

- Drainage systems
- Resin floor repairs
- General refurbishment
- Plumbing / pipework
- Stainless Steel curbing
- Insulated panels
- Coldstore insulation
- Underground/Industrial plumbing

**About the role**
**Type**:Permanent (Would consider on going contract)
**Hours**:45 hours a week (07:00 - 16:00) with ample week and weekend OT available at time and a quarter in week, time and 1/3 Saturday and time and 3/4 Sunday. Some weekend work will be required. (Paid Weekly)
**Rate/Salary**:£16 per hour (+) Dependent on experinece

The role will involve working in a gang of 3 carrying out various building refurbishment projects around the East Anglia and East Midlands areas - predominantly for food production company’s and factories.

**Salary**: From £16.00 per hour

- March, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
