An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner to join the integrated Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership.

These brand new roles based within our community nursing teams will complement our innovative and inspiring community nursing model designed to facilitate transformational change in improving the health of our local population and delivering high-quality, integrated and person centered care.

You must have experience of working in Health or Social Care and have, or be willing to work towards, a relevant qualification at SCQF level 7-8, e.g. HNC / HND / SVQ / PDA.
