We are currently recruiting for **full-time Support Workers** for **37.5 hours per week** (**must hold a full UK driving license**) and also for **B**ank** **Support Workers **(driving license not required)**

We are currently recruiting for a new team member to support 8 individuals in their own homes in the Parkhead area of Glasgow. We support individuals from the ages of 40 to 69 with a wide variety of complex health needs, including epilepsy, visual impairments and diabetes to ensure they live the best lives possible. For most of the people we support, this includes full moving and positioning support and personal care.

In the past, the people we support have faced a lot of challenges but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life They enjoy some of the same activities as each other, such as parties, arts and crafts, attending community events, shopping and going out to eat. However, they also enjoy their own individual activities, including listening to music and attending chapel and would love people with similar interests to support them.

To ensure the people we support have freedom to do the activities they enjoy, our shifts start at 7am and finish at 9pm. We support these individuals 7 days a week, so require flexibility to work some **weekends, waking nights and days** on a rota basis.
