Due to an increase in demand for our services we are expanding our amazing team of Care Assistants to work in Care Homes and Nursing Homes, In and surrounding areas of Steyning area.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable and happy life.

**Qualifications Required**
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Effectively and have the ability to understand and to be understood, both verbal and written.
- Caring and Kind.
- Cheerful and friendly.
- Willing to be hands-on with residents.
- Personal care tasks (washing, and cleaning)
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Able to work in a team but use their own initiative.
- Enhanced DBS or Update service
- 2-year recent experience in the field or valid mandatory training certificates
- 2 professional references (readily available)
- You must be able to communicate Effectively and have the ability to understand and to be understood, both verbal and written.
- You must have patience, tact, and understanding.
- Skills and personal characteristics needed Cheerful and friendly.
- Willing to be hands-on with patients.
- Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc)
- Able to work in a team but use their own initiative.
