We are currently recruiting for a **Product Quality Engineer**for a specialist in Automotive manufacturing, within their division in Banbury. This Product Quality Engineer role will be to coordinate with Internal stakeholders, Suppliers & Customerson all activities regarding New Product Introduction & specific projects in line with non-standard product requests. They will also maintain a strong link between the plant & the CBU (Program Team) & ensure that issues requiring product development are understood.

**Duties for Product Quality Engineer role:
Participate and deputise when necessary for Engineering Change Requests process - both Internal & Customer
Liaise with Suppliers for Quality and Engineering Changes
Lead & Coordinate Engineering Change Orders in the plant - System update, material sourcing, Production preparation, Quality validation, etc.
Participate to problem solving activities with Operations team
Ensures on-time delivery of all non-standard & validation seats requests
Participates in DFMEA reviews for New Products
Ensure the product can be assembled with correct Ergonomics, Quality & Process, and propose solution.
Manage Plant SLI linked to product for F6X

**The ideal Product Quality Engineer:
Relevant qualification in Engineering or equivalent area
Proven experience within a Quality Systems, HSE compliance or in a similar role
Automotive or manufacturing experience preferable
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Process and improvement focused
Proven experience with audit and compliance regulations
