**Digital Marketing Manager**
£30,000 - £38,000, flexible hours possible
Location:Northamptonshire - Working from home not available
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:30 with 30 minutes for lunch
Join a Global Brand who have seen great success selling to over 30,000 retailers worldwide, including Sainsbury's, Tesco's, Boots and Disney Stores (to name a few) but now their focus is direct to customers. This is a key focus for many businesses since 2020with Social Media and eCommerce becoming pivotal to businesses; and it's where this business are looking to expand their established base
This is a really exciting and hands on role where you would be involved in everything Digital Marketing from Strategy to implementation and reporting to a Commercial Manager. You will take ownership on how the brand communicates directly to customers acrossmultiple platforms. You will need strong content management skills to create and manage posts across Social Media including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.
In this role, you will fully understand the customer journey; what good quality content looks like, with a tone of voice that matches the adorable products, and a good understanding of scheduling to ensure your beautifully composed content gets maximum engagement.You will also be able to offer insights to the Commercial leaders and implement tailored, digital marketing strategies across websites, ensuring content is fully optimised.
An important part of this role is the ongoing development and expansion of the social media and e-commerce website, making use of analytical tools to track and report on online performance and any experience with Shopify will come in handy.
**This is a role that would suit someone with experience in**:
Composing great content from single posts to optimised blogs
Managing multiple social media accounts
Creating engaged online communities
Staying up to date with market trends
Identifying key trends to support engagement and growth
Managing an annual content calendar
Building brand awareness on Social media
Reporting on key metrics with a growth mindset
Marketing online consumer products (B2C)
Managing eCommerce sites (eg. Magneto or Shopify)
