The Head Teacher is one of the friendliest, supportive and fair leaders I have worked with, and has an open door policy, values her practitioners input and knows every child’s name.

This gorgeous and small (1FE) primary school, is located near the Dalston area of Hackney in East London with 2 London overground stations nearby. They do have an onsite carpark that is allocated termly.

This SENCO post has the flexibility of being offered on a 0.6, 0.8 or full time basis and carries SEN TLR2A. This is a permanent post being offered on MPS/UPS Inner London, from September 2023

As their SENCO, you will form part of their senior leadership team and also be their Designated Safeguarding Lead. The successful SENCO will continue to improve the provision for pupils with SEND by leading and managing the provision map and intervention plan programmes across the school. You will coach and mentor support staff and teachers, whilst working closely with external agencies to ensure that pupils with SEND receive the support required in order to achieve their full potential.

To be considered for this super SENCO role, you must have either: started or completed your National SENCO qualification award.
