Finance Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a **temporary, part-time** member of staff to join our Finance team. Working 3 days a week, you will have an immediate start, be an organised and pro-active individual.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Bank reconciliation
- Competent using SAGE
- Accountancy skills
- A good communicator when working thin internal departments
- Closing of completed contracts on OCRM and sending final documents to customers.
- Using an online portal to register each installation with FENSA.
- Informing building control that a project is finished, sending any requested documents, and arranging the final inspection to be completed.
- Scanning Electrical Certificates onto OCRM and sending copies to customers.
- Matching of delivery notes to invoices and securely filing them, checking for any discrepancies.
- Setting up of new customer accounts on Sage and creating a project.
- Raising invoices on Sage 50cloud Accounts Professional
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel & Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competent with Sage 50cloud Accounts Professional is essential.

- Wednesday - Friday
- 8:00am-4:00pm
- No weekends
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
