Background:
Control Group are specialists in the specification and installation of integrated electronic systems predominantly to the commercial market. This Graduate role is a highly responsible position which requires someone who has the ability to manage client expectation and take ownership of operational projects to ensure growth.

The group has extensive resource in electronic system design and innovation, using customised intelligent systems to inform, control & protect client operations. There is a wide variety of equipment & practices in use, therefore, a flexible approach with a constant emphasis on learning & development of the technical skill base is needed, to enable both the company and you to play a key part in directing the next innovations.

Job Role:
This is a very responsible role focused on providing unparalleled customer service to our much-valued existing key clients ensuring they stay satisfied and positive and continue to maintain account growth. This person will help define the long-term organisational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify, develop and define business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The Sales Graduate will be required to work with the internal team, and other managers to revenue for the organisation. To achieve this, during a period of 6 - 18 months, which will involve shadowing, coaching and learning on the job, it is anticipated that Control Group will secure an employee who will continue to grow and develop with the Company.

Reporting:
You will Initially be reporting to the International Account Manager.

Working with:
As a key client facing role you will find you will be required to support and require the support of all departments, but key links must be maintained with the International Account Manager, Business Development Director, Operations Manager, Engineers and Procurement Department.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities of the role include:

- Develop a rapport with existing clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- To grow and retain existing accounts by identifying new solutions and services and preparing the information to present this data to clients.
- Participate in the preparation and administration of quotations and technical drawings
- Explore the retention of key clients through excellent customer service, regular communication and participation in annual reviews
- Seize potential upsell opportunities to maximise growth and revenue for the Company
- Participate and engage with the Innovation Team to support the development of new products and services
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective data capture management
- The Sales graduate will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

- Be a genuine team player
- Strong customer service skills and management of client expectations.
- Excellent English communications skills (written & verbal is essential)

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
