Over the last six years Moorhouse has extended its reach into the Energy and Utilities (E&U) sector. The growth in E&U clients for Moorhouse has been the result of clients in the sector wanting to look beyond their traditional consultancy suppliers. They are interested in agile, integrated teams working in a truly collaborative way. As many clients in the sector grapple with significant changes in customer, regulatory and technology infrastructure expectations, they have sought our help in developing new approaches and revised operating models. This demand on our services means we are seeking to recruit an E&U Consultant with energy wholesale and network sector experience to bolster our current team and to play a role in the leadership and growth of the sector.

Recognising Digital and Data (D&D) as a major growth area within the sector and essential to delivering Moorhouse’s continued growth strategy, we are actively seeking a Consultant with a proven track record in working on digital and/or data transformation within the E&U sector.

In addition to this, you will have experience across a number of the following:

- Experience working with energy organisations in assisting clients to harness emerging technologies and establish successful operating models
- Digital Product & Delivery capabilities, helping to launch new digital products or seamlessly integrate complex enterprise technologies.
- Support in building truly Data-Driven Organisations, help clients leverage the full potential of data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance existing strategies.
- Business Insights and Modelling experience adept at building and implementing cutting-edge business intelligence solutions, including interactive dashboards and reports.
- 3 - 6 years consulting or industry experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained delivering transformational change in industry;
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with a strong sales track record and a demonstrable network of relevant relationships;
- An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes;
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues;
- Experience of effectively collaborating with senior client stakeholders

- A total cash package in excess of £60,150 comprising of a base salary of £45,150 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
- 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
