**Desirable Experience**
- Previous experience working as a Hotel Receptionist or in a Front of House position within a similar luxury Hotel.
- Prior experience in using Opera is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality guest service experiences.
