Laundry Operative

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Laundry Operative to join our housekeeping team here at Wynyard Hall.

40 Hour Contract over 5 Days or Part Time Positions Available.

Key Skills
- Hardworking and have attention to detail
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times
- Previous experience of operating industrial laundry machinery and press
- able to work to instruction and also use own initiative to solve a problem
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and advise the Head Housekeeper Manager and/or the on
- site maintenance team or outside contractor of any faults/repairs needed as required

Holding a valid UK driving license would be advantageous for the position and the ability to reliably commute to and from work is essential. Please note, we are not located on a convenient bus route so the ability to get to and from work is essential. Please consider this before applying.

Only applicants with previous laundry experience or hotel housekeeping experience will be considered for this role.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
