Casual Technology Assistant

**We are looking to add a Casual Technology Assistant to our growing team who provide local experts to home users baffled by technology. We are looking for people based in the **North Tyneside, Newcastle, Northumberland and South Tyneside areas.**

**The role**:

- Visiting customers in their home, resolving problems with their computers, tablets and smartphones as well as setting up any new devices they have purchased.
- Delivering on site training to the customers.
- Liaise with area manager to full-fill activities such as; annual computer health checks, printer installations, etc.

**The Person**:

- Technology skills are important but secondary to our ethos of treating our customers as people.
- Extremely friendly and able to quickly build relationships with our customers, happily chatting to them whilst working.
- Recognise when customers need tech solutions, tech support (training)
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must demonstrate our company values and behaviours which includes going the extra mile to ensure that our customers are delighted with the service received.
- Comfortable with computers, phones and tablets.

**Working hours are casual (as and when) between Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 7:00pm - claim as many or as little jobs as you wish to complete**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
