**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner as you may be the first point of contact.
- Manage enquiries both in person or by telephone from members of the public/patients or clients and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a neat, organized and safe environment for patients/clients, members of the public and staff.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, patients, and employees.
- Address enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products/services while adhering to the company’s standards, policies and procedures.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients/clients and consultants and prioritise workload in accordance with company needs. Attend and arrange meetings for executives or other team members.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as receiving, sorting and distributing mail, handling courier deliveries, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Collaborate with various senior staff to support their administrative needs.
- Medical assisting work may be required. (Experience beneficial but not essential)
- **Security and Access Control**:

- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring a secure and safe environment reporting any faults or concerns immediately to senior staff.
- Issue visitor badges when required and maintain visitor logs.
- **Communication**:

- Relay important communications and announcements to all levels of staff promptly.
- Assist in maintaining internal communication boards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- GCSE: Maths C and English C
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in healthcare as a receptionist or in a customer facing role is required.
- Preferred experience in radiology.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and be able to use own initiative.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Provide a high standard of attendance, appearance and behaviour within a very busy working environment.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
