Surveyor Bifold, Sliding Doors and Windows

The successful applicant will be experienced in surveying in the Bifold doors, sliding doors, Aluminium and UPVC Windows Industry. You will have a strong attention to detail and be conversant with current building regulations.

The role of Surveyor is part field and part office based. We are able to offer this position as an in house position. Remuneration package negotiable, dependent upon experience and employment status.

We are based in Epsom in Surrey and cover Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a competent, hardworking and diligent surveyor. The role will involve all aspects of surveying, including client contact and receiving telephone calls, which will require a confident and customer focused telephone manner. Industry knowledge and experience is vital as you will be responsible for the accurate measuring of frames to ensure absolute perfection.

Duties include: Making appointments with customers to carry out the survey. Carrying out a comprehensive survey to determine manufacturing detail. Drawing up survey to enable order processing and producing paperwork required for installation. Communicating with customers directly post survey regarding any queries regarding the survey report.

Promote a professional image and uphold the companies' values and work ethics.

Qualities required include: Previous Bifolds, Sliding doors and window surveying experience. Good knowledge of current Building Regulations. A methodical and accurate work approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
