We are looking for those who have experience working in supporting a team, customer service, retail and have the skills and passion to support our centre as a Deputy Manager
Your key responsibilities will be to assist in the management of the Centre to deliver revenue, compliance and KPI targets in line with overall business targets. To continuously improve the results and standards achieved in the Centre and promote and advocatethe Company in a positive way. To champion the ISP learner journey and providing support to our colleagues by embedding the Company values and ethos.
**Deputy Centre Manager Requirements**:

- Proven success in a sales role and the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience of problem solving including root cause analysis and providing solutions
- Excellent attention to detail with experience of working in compliance orientated role
- Excellent work organisational skills with an ability to work autonomously and provide effective
- leadership to the team
- GCSE A-C Maths/English or equivalent Level 2 or evidence of working at this level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
