**The Role**

We are looking for someone to join our busy and growing team based in our bespoke Design Studio in Banbury.

You will be asked to carry out a variety of tasks, to include but not limited to, the following:

- Dealing with queries
- Responsibility for stock and supplies
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination
- Supporting with travel arrangements
- General administrative and support duties
- Working with and supporting the Senior Leadership team as and when required

**Skills & Experience**

Whilst it would be great if you had some administrative experience, we would also be interested in speaking to individuals with a self-motivated attitude, who are just starting out in their careers. We are looking for:

- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to be able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with people both internally and externally
- IT skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Versatile, accurate and able to work to tight deadlines

The salary level for this role will be based on the level of experience however, we offer comprehensive benefits and competitive rates of pay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
