Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team on its exciting journey. You will be helping blue-chip organisations around the world protect their assets and operations from the increasing threat of flooding. Your key role is to help continue our support for organisations such as Environment Agency and Aviva with the best-in-class products and implementation.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for creating assemblies according to technical drawings or manufacture control plans. Your expertise in operating machinery and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail will mean that products are made to the demanding quality standards.

The products you will be working on include various innovative flood barriers, flood gates, flood-resistant doors and windows. Materials include steel, aluminium, uPVC, fibreglass and timber.

The role offers potential training and career progression as the company expands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting profiles to size, assembly work, finishing and packing
- Goods inward/goods outward including occassional deliveries/collections
- Review of fabrication drawings and instructions
- Update systems on work progress/completions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience working with saws, drills and general machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
