We are seeking a Recovery Co-ordinator to join Phoenix Future’s Full Circle Service in Basildon, Essex.
You will be part of a wider team who work with Offenders with Complex and Additional Needs across the County of Essex in the community.
We are looking for individuals with experience of working within the substance misuse sector or health care profession to fulfil a range of tasks from case management to care navigation, advocacy and multi-agency working. You will need to be passionate aboutrecovery and working with clients to support, motivate and manage them to access a wide variety of services. You must have good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to use you own initiative when required andto manage your time independently.
**About You**
To join us as a Recovery Worker, you will need:

- Relevant experience of working in the field of problematic substance use, mental health or another comparable field
- Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service
- Evidence of managing a busy caseload and excellent organisational skills
- To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with relevant database management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of creating person-centred care plans and/or timetables based on identified needs (desirable)
- Experience of partnership working, liaising with community and CJS services and developing reintegration and resettlement plans (desirable)
