Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands on supervisor to oversee the operations and guest services of our small family run guest house. The supervisor will ensure that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

**Duties**:

- Cleaning and maintaining rooms to a high standard
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet quality standards and are properly stocked with amenities
- Setting up and serving of continental breakfasts
- Maintain inventory of supplies and submit orders as needed
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Taking and managing bookings

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle guest complaints or difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong time management skills

Pay: £11.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
