**The Air Shop - part of the HRV Group**

This role will assist the busy design team of a rapidly growing e-commerce brand and become a dependable member of the wider group of companies. The Air Shop is a specialist online resource for residential ventilation solutions. The experienced team offer independent advice and design custom ventilation systems to meet regulatory requirements, solve problems and enhance indoor air quality in homes.

**Job Overview**:
There are several key functions to this role; to support the design team, to manage incoming & outgoing stock; to process sales & coordinate order fulfilment and inventory management.

A proactive approach to physical organisation and pre-planning is important.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Place purchase orders with suppliers
- Tracking orders to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Processing customer sales orders
- Picking/packing where stock is held
- Organising couriers and processing shipping orders
- Processing internal group sales orders
- Tracking deliveries to ensure customers have received their orders
- Booking-in and receipting ‘stocked’ items
- Booking-in and receipting ‘bought in’ products for system designs
- Optimizing storage areas to cater for each product range.
- Carry out regular stock-takes
- Demonstrate accuracy and accountability with all administration
- Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize efficiency

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
Formal Qualifications
- GCSE’s Maths & English and as many others as possible
- A-Levels whatever you like
- Undergraduate Degree (not essential) - Experience is everything

Specific Skills
- Customer focused approach to work
- Good written and verbal communications
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs & computer programmes (e.g. CRM)
- Proactive in approach to prioritising key tasks and forward planning
- Organisational and time management
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and the ambition to learn and progress

Experience
- Customer Service and or Stores/Warehouse experience - Useful but not essential
- Experience in e-commerce order processing - Useful but not essential
- Experience of ventilation products - Useful but not essential
- Job Role: 9am - 5:30pm, 5 days per week at Richmond based offices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
