**Parts Advisor - Diamond Trucks**

**Mallusk, Newtownabbey**

**Salary Negotiable including Overtime + Excellent benefits**

**40 hours per week on a rota basis to cover our opening hours currently Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 20:00, Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 12:00. Saturday will be paid at overtime rate**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team. We are looking for a hardworking individual, that has a friendly outgoing personality and is confident. Experience in the motor industry is desirable though not essential as full training will be provided.

Our Parts Advisors are an important component that works as a link between our customers and our workshop. The role involves talking to customers on the phone, or face to face, at either the workshop parts counter, or the customer parts counter. You will use computer systems to identify vehicle parts, negotiate a selling price and sell

Day to day duties of a Parts Advisor
- Providing our customers with a high level of customer service in an enthusiastic and positive manner
- Order parts from Renault Trucks
- Order parts from local suppliers
- Receiving goods and locating in correct location
- Picking parts from warehouse
- Building and developing relationships with customers
- Stock control
- Creating Invoices
- Carrying out regular stock takes
- Follow manufacturer warranty procedures
- Report stock shortages and damages
- Any other duties as required

What we are looking for:

- Experience within a parts department is desirable but not essential
- Friendly
- Self-motivated and passionate
- Hardworking with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Well organised with excellent communication skills
- PC Literate
- Reliable and punctual
- Driving License
