Glenfield, United Kingdom Team Locum Ltd Full time

,Are you experience in a Pharmacy or have a keen interest in working in a Pharmacy? Working somewhere that you can really look to progress your job into a career.

An Outpatients Department in Leicester are looking for a Dispenser to join their growing team and you’ll be based in one of their three sites in Leicester.

As a company they're really proactive in helping you to further your career. Recently they’ve promoted staff to Patient Safety Champion and Training Champion as this is what they were specifically interested in, but not only this they’ll also consider: managerial courses if that’s what you want, helping with your Dispenser level 2 course, level 3 Tech course, helping you to become an ACT etc. Whatever it is, they will sit down with you and work out a personal career development plan.

So what else do you need to know?

Well in terms of the job itself, if you have experience with working in a Pharmacy already then you'll already have an idea of what comes with the role because there's a lot of crossover in what you will have done in community Pharmacy to what you'll need to do in an Outpatients Department. If you don't have experience you'll be the first point of call for patients; you'll manage the queues by dealing with the queries patient by patient, you'll make sure that everything is kept in order to make sure it's a welcoming environment, you'll be dealing with over the counter sales, supporting the pharmacy staff in the background to name a few responsibilities.

A small, close knit team with the possibility of turning something you enjoy doing into a career.

They're looking for you to cover full time.
