Head of Finance

**Head of Finance, Cambridge (north)**

**£60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join a growing business based to the north of Cambridge. The company have exciting growth plans in the near future and as such require an experience finance leader to support this. You will be aqualified accountant who can demonstrate extensive experience in managing teams.

This role will suit a qualified accountant with excellent financial management/leadership experience, good technical accounting knowledge and the ability to influence effectively. As Head of Finance you will act as a business partner to the wider business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Management of team of 4.
- Year-end statutory accounts and audit lead.
- Cashflow and cash management.
- Budgets and forecasts.
- Board level reporting.
- Corporation tax.
- Financial planning and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience of managing a finance team
- Strong IT and systems skills, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
