A major Cruise Line is looking for a Sous Chef to join their fleet of large and luxurious ships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help to manage high-volume shipboard culinary operations
- Create superb dining experiences for the guests
- Work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef to forecast and manage menu requirements and inventory for each outlet onboard
**Requirements**:
- Experience as Sous Chef in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility
- Cruise ship experience will be beneficial but is not essential
- Must be COVID vaccinated or be prepared to get it
- Prepared to be away for home for several months at a time
