**Branch Manager - Recruitment Agency**

We are a staffing agency that operates within the Care Sector. Providing Carers and Support Workers to a wide variety of different services including Care Homes, Support Living Services & Children’s Rest Bite Centres.

With a current staffing tram of around 60 workers, we are at the forefront of the care agency sector. Due to planned growth, we are now looking to open a Branch in the North Manchester region (Bury) in order to service Clients in the Bury, Heywood, Rochdaleand Oldham areas.

As Branch Manager you would be the first in With fantastic support from our East Lancashire branch and the Owner/Director you will be given the opportunity to build this branch from the ground up.

Yes, this is a demanding role and one that will require you to have a very flexible approach to working life, however in return you will be building something that will bring you rewards both financially and job satisfaction wise.

**At the start of this project your main responsibilities will include**:

- Recruiting Care Workers and Support Workers to register for agency work
- Advertising & Resourcing
- Interviewing
- Compliance checks
- Clearing and Registering
- Approaching organisations such as Care Houses and Support Living services to market our agency services and build long term business relationships
- Telesales
- Cross selling into current accounts
- Marketing drops
- Referral hunting
- Face to Face business sales
- Bringing in shift requirements and filling them with available staff (carers and support workers)

As the Branch grows you will be responsible for hiring further office staff and the management and motivation of them, along with target setting and ensuring that the Branch is profitable each month.

**We feel that to be extremely successful in this position you such hold or have the following**:

- Previous working experience within either recruitment or the care sector
- Previous management experience
- Ideally worked within a sales or customer service environment
- Be extremely organised and be able to multitask naturally
- Be motivated to build, develop and grow a branch
- Have worked to targets previously and enjoy the financial rewards that come with achieving sales/revenue targets within recruitment
- Hold outstanding communication skills
- Ideally be able to drive
- Most importantly, have a flexible approach to working life. Recruitment in the care sector can be a 24/7 job and the need for flexibility cannot be understated.
