**Job Description**:
**Key tasks, responsibilities and challenges of the role**:

- Support in the development and testing of nonwoven abrasives products using both handheld power tools and automatic testing equipment
- To compile test results in an appropriate manner and present to relevant parties
- To maintain a positive and adaptable approach to all development and project work and conduct all work in a thorough, scientific and professional manner
- To be part of a team that delivers results of new ideas and communicate and share them within the team
- To be part of product development process and support when required at end user level the introduction of newly launched products
- Carry out duties in accordance with Company Procedures, maintaining a high level of awareness and commitment in the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality aspects of work
- Support product manufacturing in decision making
