**Job Role Responsibilities**
- Carrying out all aspects of personal care - help with getting in and out of bed, washing, bathing, dressing and help going to the toilet.
- Assisting and administering medication - with appropriate training.
- Accurate and detailed record keeping whilst ensuring both staff and patient confidentiality.
- Maintaining great communication within the home, a vital part of what helps us to deliver the best standard of care possible.
- To confidently speak with family members, friends and professional bodies with the resident's needs as a first priority.
- Working as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- To act as an ambassador for the home.

**Requirements**:

- First and foremost, you need to be a friendly, caring and patient person who has the desire to help people.
- Experience preferred, however not essential.

12 hour shifts, both day and night

up to £11.50 depending on previous experience.
