PRODUCTION COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR
**£10.67 per hour/ full-time: 37.5 hrs per week**
GYN are an ambitious Welsh company, supplying promotional merchandise, custom branded gifts and exhibition stands across the UK and Europe.
After a significant rebound from Covid and a recent large tender win, we are currently recruiting for Production Coordinator / Admin positions to work as part our busy team in Baglan, South Wales.
Applicants need to have great communication and organisational skills, good numeracy, attention to detail & be comfortable on the telephone and computer, thriving in a demanding and dynamic office environment.
Full training will be given in our bespoke quoting / ordering software PROMOSERVE.
Daily tasks will include generating of quotes, acknowledgements and purchase orders, checking pricing, managing the progress of sales orders on our back office computer system, liaising directly with our internal sales team, external customers and suppliers.
You will be required to answer incoming phone calls, live chat, handle post and deliveries, and deal with sample requests and enquiry packs.
**Salary**: From £10.67 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
