Your new role
The Deputy Manager will be working in a children's residential setting, helping looked after children. The person chosen will be hired with a view to become a manager as the company opens new setting. The company very much believes in hiring good people andgetting out their way so they can deliver the best possible care and supporting the staffs wellbeing so they can do this effectively.
While experience is important, culture and ethos fit are the most important factors within this company.
What you'll need to succeed
- QCF Level 3 (Children's preferred, adults considered)
- Experience supervising other staff
- A proactive mindset
- Desire to contribute to a supportive culture

What you'll get in return
