We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for individuals who aspire to become future leaders in our organization.

**Duties**:

- Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations in different departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Assist with project management tasks and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or business purposes

**Salary**: From £25,151.89 per year
