**37 Hours | Monday - Friday **_(Term Time Only Plus 1 Week)_

**The role**:
Are you an organised and motivated individual with a proactive attitude? If so, Barr Beacon School may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking to employ a highly efficient and skilled administrator to support our Outstanding Sixth Form to ensure all students achieve highly and secure the best possible futures. As Sixth Form PA, you will play an important role working closely with the Head of Sixth Form in facilitating the smooth day-to-day provision for our students.

**About you**:
In what will be a varied and rewarding role, you will build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff and provide the first point of call for support and advice. **Your key skills will include**:

- Having at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths along with experience of working within a similar administrative role;
- Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Having a high level of competency using Microsoft Office is essential for the organisation of student records;
- Being able to prioritise your own workload and be flexible within the varied role.
